1. Processing Time
Ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 3–7 business days.
Made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated timelines are indicated on each product page.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted international carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or equivalent providers).
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. International Orders
We ship internationally.

5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
SHUOIO is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation process.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
