At SHUOIO, each piece is produced in small batches or made-to-order. We encourage mindful purchasing and thoughtful selection.
1. Return Window
Regular items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:

In its original condition

In original packaging
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:

One-of-a-kind pieces

Made-to-order pieces

Custom pieces

Custom Sizing
Pieces crafted outside of our standard sizing range (5–10 US) are considered custom orders and are final sale.
Because they are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to the sculptural width of some of our rings, fit may feel tighter than standard slim bands. We recommend reviewing our sizing guide carefully before purchasing.
3. Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
SHUOIO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refund Method
Approved returns may be issued as store credit.
Store credit:

Is non-transferable

Has no cash value
-
Must be used within [12 months — recommended]
Refunds to original payment methods may be issued only when required by payment processor policy.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change a piece, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Repairs & Care Services
SHUOIO offers repair services for structural manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase.
This warranty covers verified production defects only.
It does not cover:

Normal wear
-
Oxidation or tarnish

Accidental damage
-
Improper handling or care
After 90 days, or in cases not covered under warranty, we may offer repair or restoration services at an additional cost.
These services may include:

Polishing
-
Resizing
-
Stone tightening or replacement.

Minor structural adjustments

Each case is evaluated individually.
Service fees, shipping costs, and timelines will be confirmed prior to approval.
